Founders Story
Serendipity isn’t usually part of our toolkit. But when PCA founders Joe and Charlie each took the unusual route of practicing law and then studying performing arts in the same city – several years apart – it seemed unavoidable fate would bring them together.
From there, they discovered a shared belief that lived experiences played a major role in embedding new skills and adapting to different situations.
With their background in the contrasting worlds of corporate and performance, Joe and Charlie created a unique suite of programmes which combined the best elements of each. Word spread quickly, and PCA grew rapidly into the global learning partner it has become today.
