How often do we repeat our greatest mistakes? By experiencing failure, we learn some of our greatest lessons.

This experience asks participants to share their greatest failure and what they have learnt as a result so that others can benefit from their experience.

It also provides an opportunity to view these experiences in a positive light as a step on the journey to success, and to role model the vulnerability required to help others view their mistakes with a growth mindset.
